I have just come out of a coma. Here it is : happiness is to be alive again.

Breathing everyday and going with the flow of my dailyjourney enjoying a beautiful sunny day and if possible near the sea, the lake or a river.

It's to seat down at Cais Do Sodré and look at my country.

What makes me happy is breathing deep and seeing a smile appear on my face while I realize that it's good to live, something I had forgotten for a moment.

What has made me happy for 30 years is to live with an exceptional woman who is my wife, my friend, my confidante and my mistress all at the same time.

What makes me happy is telling myself that I am going to see the man of my dreams on my right during my classes.

What made me happy lately was to hear that I was pregnant after so many fruitless attempts.

The kind of kiss that makes you smile each time you think about it again and makes you happy.

What makes me happy is to have been able to get a good education « educazione » !

I found a job after a long laborious search and that made me happy.

What makes me happy : all the young people getting involved in the life of a new family…and those babies continuing life.

A kind of happiness that will never pass away is giving birth to a child, it is the most beautiful happiness to my mind.

What makes me happy is being at the foot of a mountain or a hill and looking at the summit telling it « Soon !, », then marching on to sweat, breathe, suffer a little, climb up to that summit and tell yourself : « I did it.
